Co workers there were very helping in nature, they works like a team

A lot Work pressure was there, which was no worry, but salary was not enough according to the work, in simple words salary was half of the work pressure.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology.I love the fact that I am a part of a team that market good quality product and highest safety and has global suppliers of automotive products.

Compensation is excellent but growth is slow.the work pressure is very high.sometimes I have to work 12-13 hours in a day as I attend also customer complain but manager's do not value an individual's unique strengths.
