Nothing much, but i learned a lot there as it was my first company. No idea about theur through covid 19 as i was a former employee.

Dislikes

... things to do like irrlevant reports etc, had to do which was not even required. Worst experience i have faced post my resignation, i didnt get my last working month's salary and exact F&F amount even after serving my notice period and they dont even care about their employeessurely not their post resignation but also not pre their resignation.

I resigned because of pathetic and unsupportive management, work culture is not good at all , and mentally it will affect your health. Mr Deepak who is a brand head is the biggest reason for leaving this company.he is just pathetic and arrogant human being. His people management skills are just zero and he talks so much about ethics which I don’t think he has.He treats all Managers badly and ask them to work on week off & leaves. PATHETIC WORK CULTURE In fact if you will inform HR about this then also nothing will work out , they are silent spectators. Every now and then staffs and Managers leave the company because of the management and the brand head policy. Big NO to this nonsense management. Think before you Join this company and group.

Too much of Micromanagement and even at area manager level you are not allowed to take small decisions like approving leave of sale staff, SA hiring, insight on P&L of your stores. You are treated like a slave and expected to work 24*7 and HR team is just a puppet and don't have any impact on ground. There is just one person who plans, thinks and love to listen yes sir on every thought of him. This brand is highly toxic for your mental health and professional growth.

Deepak mangala who is a brand head is the biggest reason for leaving this company.he is just pathetic person and arrogant human being.he never ever supports and demotivate he always criticise and torture us and does show off in zoom call with all managers as though he is their to support us , he had resigned thrice from company and joined back again to torture us he's the worst person ever worked with him. Pls don't join sunglass hut, he has made our life miserable he had cancelled all the benefits which was supposed to get from company to all employees
