The company is open to innovation and good latest technology.i like the fact that i am a part of a company.plus point is that i was also done with job this company.it is very unique and different kind of job.i also like the employee re-hire policy here.i am definitely join again this company bcoz i have so learn many things with this company.

See my views is this company dislike about working at growth is slow.bcoz i knew it about this company i have experience.the work pressure is high.sometimes customer's not interested and depend on walking croud.bt company is not understand this things.otherwise all good.i re-hire again.if they provide me chance.

I resigned sunglass hut because of pathetic and unsupportive management, work culture is not good at all , and mentally it will affect your health. Deepak mangala who is a brand head is the biggest reason for leaving this company.he is just pathetic person and arrogant human being.he never ever supports and demotivate he always criticise and torture us and does show off in zoom call with all managers as though he is their to support us , he had resigned thrice from company and joined back again to torture us he's the worst person ever worked with him. Pls don't join sunglass hut, he has made our life miserable he had cancelled all the benefits which was supposed to get from company to all employees...Read More

I resigned because of pathetic and unsupportive management, work culture is not good at all , and mentally it will affect your health. Mr Deepak who is a brand head is the biggest reason for leaving this company.he is just pathetic and arrogant human being. His people management skills are just zero and he talks so much about ethicswhich I don’t think he has.He treats all Managers badly and ask them to work on week off & leaves.
