... with people in leadership roles lacking any technical or managerial competence. It’s clear that those in charge think they can control employees simply because they offer a salary, which is frankly far below what the work demands. There’s no opportunity for growth or development, as employees are constantly assigned meaningless tasks that do nothing to advance their skills. The so-called “guidance” from management is uninformed and often irrelevant, making it clear they have no understanding of the work being done. To make matters worse, there are no performance reviews or appraisals, leaving employees stuck in a perpetual state of stagnation. It’s a toxic environment where neither professional development nor respect for employees exists.

The only positive thing about subex is it's work time flexibility. You can come anytime work for 7 hours and can leave.

Dislikes

Everything else. No hikes or appraisals. Not much to learn in terms of work. No bonus or anything. No work life balance

Subex has been an amazing company which will give you exposure to almost all the areas of product development to engineering to operations

Compensation could be better and there should be recurring IJPscreated and posted

Some managers are good, they help you when in need.

Only few get good work, otherwise neither salary is good nor the work they provide to rest of them is good. Too much internal politics. Company is in heavy debt. Many job losses can be seen in recent days.

It's a good environment anyone can learn and enhance the skill respective their department.

Dislikes

...about the efforts which any employee give to make the product more effective . They don't give the salary hike as per the bandwidth of the person.
