Work load was okay except from the weekend supports. There was no alignment between the dev and support times causing delays at times. Management was also constantly changing policies which created confusions and frictions.

Subex has been an amazing company which will give you exposure to almost all the areas of product development to engineering to operations

Compensation could be better and there should be recurring IJPscreated and posted

Some managers are good, they help you when in need.

Only few get good work, otherwise neither salary is good nor the work they provide to rest of them is good. Too much internal politics. Company is in heavy debt. Many job losses can be seen in recent days.

It's a good environment anyone can learn and enhance the skill respective their department.

...about the efforts which any employee give to make the product more effective . They don't give the salary hike as per the bandwidth of the person.

Salary is decent but carrier growth is slow. The management is slow in decesion making because of proper planning projects are moving slow.
