...ining new CEO. Now, there is an negative vibes all over after new CEO take over. Good Learning opportunities, salary happens on time.

The HR operation is not much effective, there is no succession plan, no consideration of inputs given by functional heads, Great Place to work only sake of peocess. No clarity, organization is in maturing stage in India. High Attrition Rate.

Dislikes

Unskilled and less educated people are promoting. Even ITI holders also woryon higher position and they always pulling leg back who are high qualified and higher skills candidates.
