The only thing i liked was the team i was in. We all left at once.

They don't value you, whatever client say you have to follow. Poor salary. the pay i was getting at joining was same at the time i left which is after 2 years. of course I was given 2.5k hike in 2 years.

Likes

During my tenured period I felt like I had lot of free time as I was in shifts (7.5 hours in total). Hence I upskilled myself by my own, later I got a better opportunity to explore more. I've had been given opportunities to work in different projects.

Dislikes

There's no proper salary and hikes. No proper managing system. No respect for the experienced analysts. I felt like I was in a market. Then I decided being jobless is better than being in a hazardous environment, then i quit the job.

Straive believes the employees and allow them to work independently. Straive provides yearly bonus for all employees. Work timings alre flexible.

Dislikes

Appraisal cycle is not correctly followed. Appraisal procedures are not transparent. Alternate Saturdays are working days.

Job Security 💯. Salary will be credited on every month end on time There's no work pressure. (Based on the team). As a fresher u can learn many things. Team members are very kind and helpful.( Based on the Team). Bus provided only for morning batch. Free food for particular team members.

Learning is very less (based on the team). No new projects taken(based on the team) There's no benefits, or bonus provided from the company during festivals. Less hike provided even if u perform well.(based on the team)

They provide free transport all around Puduchery. Flexible work hours. Free snacks and tea.

Dislikes

...d under the manger(not a software guy) guidance, and need improvement feedback. No change in salary or confirmation in probation. Expect all filthy words during the one to one meeting. HR will support the manager who speaks filthy words as both are friends. Your escalation will fire back to you, think twice before escalation. If you want to quite the company, you have to submit the written document and wait for all other consequence. As a professional, instead of joining/working here, one can sleep hungry and homeless.
