...n target in the probation. the the incentives in the probation period are great. at times half of my salary. so feels very good.

it is mandatory to achieve the sales target in the probation. if the sales is zero in probation period (3 months) they do not pay. but once the confirmation is done, nothing like that happens. but after confirmation the incentive is less.

...de range of products. quality is fine. there are ecnomy as well as classy range. it depends on what you pay for. We are cost efficient as well.

But yes at the same time it is very crutial to stand in the probation period. in the probation period, if within 30 days if you donot appoint the distributor, your salary will be held up till the appointment of the distributor. one thing is sure, you cannot survive in the company by just giving fake commitments and taking up the job somehow. so clarity is must.

...ally great. the perks and benefits applicable after the probation are very nice. During the interview the company will mutually discuss the target and package. Once the targets are discussed, they will not compromise on the discussed target. However the offered package is absolutely as per your choice. and no compromise on the package.

...t the copany will give you an opportunity but performance is the employees part. how will any company be able to pay the people who donot even know how to report inspite of training. yes this is not a place for timepass. however every single effort of a team member gets the recognition. best place to learn and grow.
