The man who would ensure you learn and who would guide every step you take Mr. Vikram Lalvani. Rajeshwari Vachali who always put in a great effort to bring in a change . Wish Sterling Had leaders like these three who can bring in a change in its work style towards its employees

...immediate bosses had crab mentality and they doubted on the employees integrity. Earning a salary for your experience was a crime as you were always nagged during the MIS. Sterling is way behind to create an impact in the hearts of their employees. Long way to go

Such a worst hotel to work... No work culture...so much politics... No hike..no appraisal..no personal life space... Thier coo is big dumb.. their GM look for girls...

To be frienkly all over the staff is too much helpful,and is like my family, I was too much lucky that i get a golden opporunity to worked with such a great orzanisation.I get a huge experience from this property and they have lots of their own property in different-2 location.

...terling Holidays Resort ,krawar,Karnataka.All staff are helpful and cooperative.Salary also good and time to time.I start with my career as a GSA 2017 and now still working as a captain so thanks for giving me the opportunity to work with Sterling Group.

Coordination between CRS and resort is very poor. Need to give free hand to the unit. CRS can promise everything to guest and not pass the message to the hotel. Some senior manager hide the guest complaint and tell staff to do the service recovery with free food and other services, so guest can't complain to MD.
