...ood job security but no job satisfaction. Higharchy is too much and pay out nil. Salary low work pressure high. Employees adopted for perks from cross selling due to low salaries resulting unethical practices. Due to this loss of reputation of SBI in the public. Horrible work life balance in SBI.

Career growth good, job security ok. Salary low. Performance wise incentives implemented but it is failed to attract employees. Association and union activity high but no impact on workers or officer community. Bad work life balance. Looks like semi govt organisation in some aspects and try to give competition to private banks. Systems and procedures good but due to lack of knowledge at ground level and pressure not implement properly resulting high NPAs and no customer service. IT platform good, compete with private banks. Learning activities good, no time for employees to learn.

...t department with different designation. I work in front end and back end also. It is having Job security and good salary and perks.

Its transfer policies which affect both family and work. Work life balance is not happening. Choosing of department is not in our hand it decided by upper authorities so sometime whatever is our base knowledge is not used.

Frequent transfers. Doesn't Value the quality of work. Only number games focus in business. Staff shortages. Doesn't approve leave in advance and many times they are declined even if someone is not well in your family. Late sitting culture. Very unplanned activities and instability in terms of your continuation at a place. Very poor incentive even for top performer. Very high pressure on selling insurance.
