...t department with different designation. I work in front end and back end also. It is having Job security and good salary and perks.

Dislikes

Its transfer policies which affect both family and work. Work life balance is not happening. Choosing of department is not in our hand it decided by upper authorities so sometime whatever is our base knowledge is not used.

...you want to be a banker, than SBI is better than it's other peers, PSUs and pvt. banks in terms of salary and allowances.

Dislikes

No work life balance of Officers Lot of Ego clash with seniors and posts having authority in LHO Or AO. Using frequent transfers to difficult postings as a weapon against the employee by the controllers. Officers life are degrading day by day so much that clericals don't even want to get promoted even if they are completely eligible as well as capable to become officer.

The job has good salary. If you join as PO you will get fast promotions.

Dislikes

...may even get posted at villages where even basic amenities are not even present. Mang time you’ll be asked to work on holidays Saturday sunday and they will not pay you anything for working on holidays. Laste sitting culture you’ll be working 10 to 9 7 days a week. Pressure for cross selling is very bad and also you will not get a single penny for it. Only top management get incentive/commission so we only do cross selling to earn commission for top management. If you don’t achieve cross selling targets you’ll be treated very bad they’ll even use foul language for you on video meetings.

...s working in RBO, AO or LHO dont even treat staff working in branches as humans. Where branch staff are the reason for salary they are getting.
