Without an ijp, your salary would not increase whether you worked for three, two, or one year. Ijp is also a gimmick, and favouritism is present.

There's NOTHING to LIKE about it. You work here simply because you need a job to put food on the table. That's it.

Dislikes

...ions when you need a leave despite having the SLs and CLs in your leave account. Other than that they cut off some amount from your salary in the name of bonus that no HR will ever be able to explain to you WHY?! Their way of talking to you is nowhere near professionals and there is no hope of promotions or increment on the basis of your hard work. You can get promoted if you are good at "chaploosi".
