...veryday the management will force to work extra 3-4 hours without any extra pay. Salary is very less and workload is very high. and even after all the extra work they threaten us to terminate on every opportunity they get. the management steals any RNR we get on performance basis and refuse to give as they are superior in position. they encourage us to work 7 days promising to give comp off but never give comp off. They never give any leave no matter what emergency occurs. there is nothing good about the management.
