...d work is recognised then and there. All people working there are very friendly. The most important part is salary which i found best compared to other similar companies. If u really think can speak continuously for 8hrs with rotational shifts and break timings then just go for it...!!

What I don't like very strict rules in terms of maintaining shift and break timings, maintaining simultaneously 5/6 targets, irrate customer abuses, lengthy scripts for each and every customer, It's a call centre 😂

...ion. Worst hr if you call Srinitra she will shout on you as she is always busy . If you miss 1 day attendance that means they will never pay you that 1 day salary.worst manegement. Negative feedback means tl will tell you that he will document you so that you lose the job. Very very bad company please read by comments before you join this company worst worst worst.

Each and every person, Team lead, manager everyone is fake . No support, no salary growth after 6 years of working also, most worst company which destroy everyone's career

There is nothing to like about this company apart from less workload but at the same the salary paid is quite low as well.

No specific training provided. Minimum or no appraisal is given and the work environment is not at all good.

First sign of trouble and the company dumps all the employees .zero job security and zero respect. terrible experience

...eport to duty whenever called upon. we were not given any further clarification. Had to stay away from home without pay or a job for 3 months due to their negligence and all the while not one hr was contactable
