This was my first job so I gained experience here.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is too low and no career growth. On job training is given to new joiners.

Too much politics,Pay less than a labour's daily earning, salary holds for 60 days after serving notice period as well and when ask for relieving letter HR reaction like they are earning 5 lakhs per overrated attitude of HR specially girls, totally nepotism.If anyone want to time pass then it is okay but for carrer builders it's a hell don't come here.

If you perform well and able to prove yourself, then you can survive. Salary on time but deduct a lot for no reason. Office culture is average. Good part of this company is verrrrryyyyy less.

GUYS IT'S REQUEST TO YOU ALL, PLEASE DON'T JOIN THIS ORGANISATION EVEN IF YOU ARE SEARCHING DESPERATELY FOR A JOB. Work pressure is too much over here. Taking a single leave here is like India is playing Fifa World Cup. Even if you are dead, then also you have to login. Deduct money for short login hours. They give much pressure to WFH employees. The most important thing is, job satisfaction and security is ZERO. No appraisal. They will treat you like a slave. Mark my words. Even after giving my best for so many years, they treated me like a slave.
