There is nothing to like about this company apart from less workload but at the same the salary paid is quite low as well.

No specific training provided. Minimum or no appraisal is given and the work environment is not at all good.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good facilities every year. But, currently working from home

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. On the job training is not given to new joinees

Work from home facility because it's very much need for a mom so it's very helpful for me i can do my house holds chores with work and can manage my baby also it's amazing opportunity for me☺️

It was wonderful working there. People over there were very friendly and supportive. I found some good friends. Overall for freshers who is willing to start career after 12th should join this Company.

One thing this company should do is to increase salary of their employees a little bit. Remaining this everything is Fit n fine.

Worst company ever i have worked here. No work balance , No holidays, No functions , No facilities, no salary hike have to work only and only 13.5k. basically they don't care about employee, Not startek (formly know as Aegis) nor there client have respect of employee

They don't have value of employee, just come work and take pay that's it
