The overall work pressure, the behavior of the seniors, biased decisions, favoritism, and not at all safe for women. And if you ever have any family emergency and ask for one day leave they will insult you like anything and won't even approve the leave.

Preferences are only to be given to dearest people even if the person does not have any skill Minimal and not satisfactory appraisal and increment to be given Made you to work for 24*7 hours Not satisfactory work-life balance Leaves you with doubtful Gives you a notice period without any clarity People manipulate No privacy is to be given to anonymous feedback

There is no salary increment no promotion if you get promoted there will be no hike in salaries shift timings are worst and everyday they are making changes in process which makes working really frustrating
