...rty politics. Managers are liars and peddlers of favouritism and dirty politics. Salary deductions always to the point that so many batch mates had to abscond. No job security if someone dislikes you in the management they could simply take a call that you took in which you accidentally made mistake and can fire you on that basis in half an hour.

Dislikes

False salary deductions, in the name of short login even when you give your entire 8 hours daily. Not even once my entire salary got credited, unnecessary deductions. Everyone is a liar here. According to constitution, in overtime you get paid double the amount of basic pay per hour. I never got that on the top of that they lied about incentive programs, so many agents did their best to get incentives and at the last, all the managers divided that amount in them selves ( a conversation I heard in the cabin). So much politics in the time of promotion.

INCIDENT OF TUESDAY 7 MARCH:-I WAS SICK ON TUESDAY TL POULAMI GHOSH TOLD YOU ARE LYING YOU HAVE TO LOGIN.,SHE ASKED FOR PRESCRIPTION TO SHARE AND TOLD TO DO VIDEO CALL THEIR DOCTORS WERE NOT ALLOWING TO USE PHONE DOCTORS GIVEN THREATENING THAT THEY WILL CALL POLICE AND GUARD AND THROW ME OUT FROM THE HOSPITAL....AFTER GIVING THE PRESCRIPTION....TL POULAMI GHOSH TOLD SHE WILL MARK THIS DAY AS A WEEK OFF AND HAVE TO WORK ON YOUR WEEK OFF DAY....NOBODY WILL BE PROMOTED HERE EVER...KIND OF POLITICIAN ENVIRONMENT WE ARE WORKING.
