...mpany or 3rd person is handling the staff as per my experience it was so worst . And even they don't pay me proper salary and deposited me 3330 out of 7542 from his own personal Account not from a company Account and the company holder person also wasn't good at his behaviour, so partial.. It was a bad experience for me i served my time for a job so atleast staff should have to pay the proper Attention towards the employees regardingly... there was nothing like that..

Not good Partial and rude behaviour.as i told you above that once the employee make sure about the parties like is it a direct bank or 3 person is handling my experience regarding the work was good but from bank side i am not satisfied.they would've provide the tranning through on call Chennai is the main branch .from there they will contact to expain regarding the card sales policies. Which is good not bad if the employee is fast learner they only can catch it.

...ent. Unnecessary Digitization of all process. Poor Skill development programmes. Poor Hikes in compensation. Tamil influence. Too early pickup of Transport. Weekend Support.

The pay is low, there is no growth- no hike, no promotion, for entire departments for years. There is a lot of work pressure and work hours are too long.

No hike. No recognition.. lots of partiality about staffs... If u highlight anything respective employee will b targetted and will b punished either by not giving hike or by putting them under PIP... Have undergone much and not voicing out anything to keep myself safe...

Hike/salary is very much low compared to market standards. Very less promotions and appraisals.
