Though the organisation has a great HR policy, the situation in Eastern India is pathetic. The organisation is good, however the middle management both in business and HR is in wrong hands. This leads to a permanent damage to an employee's career. In my case, I had resigned and served the entire 90 days of notice period however the then supervisors and HR had not updated it in the database thus when I opted for rehiring, the present HR informed that I have been shown as absconding in their records even though I had a proper physical relieving letter and had received the FnF settlement after my separation. Unfortunately the organisation has hired some most unprofessional HR executive s in Eastern India who don't have the courage or knowledge to rectify the mistake of their past officials.
