Currently they are following hybrid culture which is very flexible and hence it is less stressful to travel.

The pay scale seems to be less than the industry standard especially for managerial position.

1) insult from manager on daily basis based on his mood 2) no proper training. Only observe at the time training and you need to start processing by your own. No SOP maintained. 3) promotion only to full time MBA and CA and if you are not full time MBA and CA then wait for your promotion till 4 to 5 years of completion in the firm Currently one full time MBA was promoted every year from associate to senior associate and from senior associate to associate manager. 4) promotion is happening only on favouritism and not on performance. My discussion was happened with associate director for my promotion but at the time of promotion he gave promotion to other guy may be I was not full time MBA and CA. 5) if your manager, associate director and director knows each other from last 4 to 5 years in SS&C then your life will be hell at workplace. Change your job ASAP.

u get good exposure of fund accounting and can get promoted every alternate year. also if you resign, retention policy is there to retain you with upgarded package per market standards

too much work pressure, no training, bad behaviour of manager and avp. no equal distribution of work. a few resources don't work at all but are not kicked out because of high attrition already. no work life balance. no day is less than 12 hour login and maximum it goes upto 18 hrs

There is lot to learn, every body is so supportive you don’t have to maintain hierarchy each time you can directly go to even directors for your queries and help subject to the availability of time.

Dislikes

Pathetic packages even if they promote someone he or she won’t het good package. Salary is not justified as compared to work that you do. Their packages are not even close to the market standards.

Overall it not Employee oriented organization Everytime it looks works towards cooperate organization benefits and zero benefits to employees. In my 3 years (3hike cycles) I got only once hike that to of 3%. They are not even considering inflation rate which is minimum 6-7% to survive in current society. There are lot of internal politics and here I show lot of discrimination between on-site and offshore folks, offshore are treated very badly which left me a bad experience overall
