The best thing about FIS they didn't reduced our salary and continued the shift allowance although we are working from home. And ensured the well being of employees and provided with immediate support to work remotely from home.

My overall experience is good. Work culture and work life balance depends on which team you are working. FIS has good health insurance benefits; they have Tuition Assistance Program which is good benefit if you want to get domain related courses. If you are in right team and you perform well, then you will definitely get rewarded.

... should provide free ESOP for employees who worked for more than 3 or 5 years. Because of continuous cost cutting, compensation benefit is less as compared to peers.

...viously depends on the kind of work you are doing and the business requirements. Pay is satisfactory. Cab and meal facility available.

I am associated with Fidelity from 6 years and have worked in almost 3 -4 different processes and need a change now. Want to explore my capabilities by working in a different working culture or environment.

They never increase your salary if you think after promotion you'll get more then that's your loss. After promotion you supposed to stick on the same salary. And now onwards they're providing less salary. So Good Luck

...ake 10 mins to reach office from wakad and there is no traffic on Aundh highway. - hybrid(2 days WFO) -5-8 % annual hike - Appraisal cycle is April-march - office building contains 7 floors, - one canteen, and one outside vender for food - 16-18Lac annual salary for SD-2 - can release candidate before there LWD. but pays till last waking day. - overall it is a good company. Just try to join at good package.
