... i managed 3 plus years, it's difficult to survive with corporate politics here. You will be forced to work more than 8hrs, almost 12 hrs daily with weekend working (no pay). Compensation overall is very less when compared to industry standards. No perks. Work life balance is poor and people at management don't hear our side at all. Even if we are sick, we will be asked to work. Shifts will be rotating without requirements. No project and company party. The money of this is completely into management pockets. Incentives is too low.

Dislikes

Inadequate compensation, no perks, no rewards, no career growth, work pressure, long work hours, management politics, no or less team outings.

You'll go school everyday and work for 10hr but your salary will credited for 9hr, high level of micromanagement, you are notified supposed to take leave irrespective of any scenario (Parental leave or even your own family died) they'll convince you to take leave for 2-5days only. Everyday there will be special warning session with management for 1 hrs with whole floor (e.g, if you are not meeting up the target you'll be sacked, etc etc)

Benefits and salary is good. But if you are fresher then you will not get the salary as good for living

Dislikes

First they hire with wrong information and ones you get hired then they will let you know in which process they are dealing with. Second thing the notice period they will ask to serve 3 month of notice period.

Hi everyone, I have 3.6 years of IT experience and currently work at a service-based company in Pune. My current CTC is 14 LPA (13.5 LPA fixed).
