There is nothing to like about working at this organisation

...Medicover group of hospitals. So, the work culture at Medicover is also similar. The salary gets credited after 5th of the month. If someone wants to put down their papers, they don't check why the attrition is happening. They just kick the person out and get someone else. They basically work on the principle that there is a lot of unemployment out there and if the employee doesn't like the work culture, they'll always find someone who will like it is

1. It's an diagnostic centre, which means there has to be decency and politeness which not there in the organisation dictionary. 2. Due to budget issues salaries are delayed. 3. No work as per designations 4. No job security, u can be terminated any time without any reason. 5. Group level employees are less and top management are more in count. Which is useless.

Work Life Balance is good "Its a great place to work with good job security and lesser stressful when compared to other companies. The biggest pro is job security if you really work hard it will be definetely rewarding My Reporting manager is sharath sir he is really very supporting and has good management skills .I Really appreciate him because he provides clarity in teaching me. as a team member i really enjoy working under him. he also encourages ,me to worker harder and creatively...

this is the worst company i ever worked, Management keeps on changing, HR sharath is the worst person, he don't know how to respond also. He will not release your Appointment letters and take months to release it. After relieving he wont respond to your calls and messages and don't release relieving letter. They play cheap politics behind you
