Minimal growth options unless you are a fresher. Terribly unstable work environment as policies and focus keep changing every few months and a hire and fire policy to boot.

Some teams have rotational night shifts. For this role, you can expect boring work like support at first.

Do not join the Company for money - Horrible and toxic Work culture - No work life balance - Abusive leadership, SLT and management is worst, and they Promoted toxic people - Extreme chaos and functions like a day zero start-up - 7 years experience guys can become VP and SVP, which makes no sense and not at all perfect leadership. - SLT expects the whole team to work on every weekend, and if you are not available, you have to answer that why you are not available to work on weekends. - There is no growth in the company and Nitin is VP for engineering, but he doesn’t have the experience of how to manage the organisation in terms of management. - Management pushes you to work on every Saturday, Sunday, and the minimum working hours is 14 hours a day - Shivam Verma is one of the PM who is handling the HDFC project, but he is not having any right skill, set and experience of a PM, He is only sustaining because he has support from SVP and VP of DevOps and making the culture more toxic and horrible. Terribly work pressure and culture, which will have serious health issues. - SLT SVP (AB) Will treat you like a dog and uses slugs in the calls, and he doesn’t have any professionalism, No one raise voice against him because he will fire the person who is going against him. - SLT have no concerns of team well-being - Management will drain you to DEAD. ____Suggestions to the new CTO Sir Amitabh Mishra and CEO Ragy Thomas____ - Improve the work life balance, otherwise, the organisation will collapse in next 3 to 4 months. - Give money for weekend working and overtime, otherwise, everyone will leave the company and specially the devops team as other companies are paying for weekend working. - Hire new people and make the team big as the current team is working 24 x 7 seven days a week. - Give more motivation and get someone who can actually handle the team instead of keeping the current SLT in the system - Requesting CEO and CTO level that we need a strong management leader in VP and SVP level, request coming from the ground level that please change our VP(NG) and SVP(AB) as they are not working towards the actual goal of the company.

Salary on time. That’s the only benefit

Dislikes

Skill development is zero here. Upper management is the worse. They only promote toxic people. One of the best examples is already there in the company and that person is more successful . Even after employees from multiple teams complained about this manager regarding the toxic behaviour, no action was taken and then ultimately promoted to the director level recently. This just breaks the heart of the team and resignations are piling up. Salary is not up to the current market.

...rve is immense and very fulfilling for people who thrive in such an environment. The salary and the appraisals are great, they make sure you're well compensated if you work well.

The company culture is toxic, you're expected to work at all times and there is honestly no log off time. There is no one to teach you anything and you are expected to learn everything on the go (which is very hard for some people). The expectations from a fresher are as great as from a person who's been working for 2-3 years. You're constantly reminded of the fact that you're very replaceable and if you drop off anywhere then your appraisal will get affected.
