Dislikes

The company culture is toxic, you're expected to work at all times and there is honestly no log off time. There is no one to teach you anything and you are expected to learn everything on the go (which is very hard for some people). The expectations from a fresher are as great as from a person who's been working for 2-3 years. You're constantly reminded of the fact that you're very replaceable and if you drop off anywhere then your appraisal will get affected.

Pathetic and sick minded people are there in Indian management. They will make your life hell if you are a bit straight forward and like to work as per your own way. Dnt join this company if you dnt want to get mad and sick. I joined this company because I got good pay but then I realised that money is nothing if you are being a target of cheap politics and poor management

Above industry salary, good medical facilities, good cafeteria and option to work hybrid.

Minimal growth options unless you are a fresher. Terribly unstable work environment as policies and focus keep changing every few months and a hire and fire policy to boot.

In hand salary is very much as expected. Pay structure is designed to have less cuttings. Free food and snacks in canteen. Free cab facility for specific teams.

Dislikes

Some teams have rotational night shifts. For this role, you can expect boring work like support at first.
