Your can work as a permanent employee,nothing special.

...ered as a permission and you should not take four permissions within a month. 2. Second in this list is salary, for the freshers,salary for first three months is 10000 CTC where deduction for ESI,PF and special allowance is 1500 so your take home salary will be 8500 and after three months, the salary for the next nine months will be 12000 CTC , where after deduction your take home salary will be 10500. 3. Third is the working days. You need to work six days a week(i.e. from Mon - Sat) and you can take 1 day leave every month. Regarding govt. holidays there is no leave even for Christmas. So certainly ,there is no work-life balance. Please stop wasting your time attending here.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
