They are not give proper salary. Not accept to employ ideas. They not ask employees request. Working time more than 10 hours.

This is my honest review in my point of view. 1.My first dislike was about the work timing. They'll inform you about the timings (i.e.9.00 AM - 6.00 PM) while joining and they also inform you that the exit time may extend upon the situation of the project.At first, you'll accept because you need the job badly as your jobless.But they'll make you work upto 7.00 pm even there is no work. Sometimes it may exceed 8.00pm or even 9.00pm but your intime must be within 9.10, if you come after that,it is considered as a permission and you should not take four permissions within a month. 2<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. Second in this list is salary, for the freshers,salary for first three months is 10000 CTC where deduction for ESI,PF and special allowance is 1500 so your take home salary will be 8500 and after three months, the salary for the next nine months will be 12000 CTC , where after deduction your take home salary will be 10500</mark>. 3. Third is the working days. You need to work six days a week(i.e. from Mon - Sat) and you can take 1 day leave every month. Regarding govt. holidays there is no leave even for Christmas.
