Nothing much to like, if you are capable, potential then only you will improve yourself if you are satisfied with a less salary.

Dislikes

No salary hike No work life balance. No efforts are counting. Even if we work for 13-14 hours, no one will appreciate but if you make 1 mistake then it will bring you to down level. Favorize, partiality. No friendly environment, if we go for a tea break, manager will ask you why you are going out. like a jail. No permission to go out from your desk, only stick to the laptop for a whole day. They will only see closures,(by any way you've done) not will see a good attitude, efforts. Manager will say, you are only responsible to close all the positions, no one will help you, even if the hiring managers are in a loop and only they need a candidate on urgent basis. No flexibility in working hours even if you are sick. Manager will say take appointments on weekends, even we need a rest/appointment on week days. Even only TA is giving them a business, but they will give you less salary of a whole org and treat you like "blue caller" employee. but they will good salary to fresher new joinee.

Came here as a fresher and got good opportunity to learn and grow. Not much support from the team but got good projects to work on which improved my skills overtime

Dislikes

Too much work load in the team Work is not distributed properly within the team. Salary is less which is demotivating over the period of time

...re is no job security they deputed to client location cummins or other company after ur project finish ur notice peroid Immediately effect and the hold ur salary if ur serving notice peroid for 3 months waste job no job security they will wave bond but if ur wave the bond u have to pay 150000 amount of .

Everyone is quite friendly and accommodating. I joined here as a fresher and my team was really great and very supportive. They arrange nice group activities which really are a lot of fun. Overall the people and culture is great for freshers getting started, there isn't a lot of company politics. There is quite good job security, generally people aren't fired.

Dislikes

...to manage that. Many a times you have to stay really late to meet the deadlines. The compensation is enough but could be improved quite a bit as compared to what other organizations are offering. They could improve the work life balance aspect.

Colleagues are down to earth and accomodating. Company tries to maintain global standards in behaviour.

Dislikes

The salary is very poor as compared to industry standards. Work expectations are not limited to the post that you get hired for. For eg- a design engineer not expected only to design but to do administration work, some extra curriculars, testing work, assembly and manufacturing work etc. The holidays are not as per the industry standards either for the job type. The bond is draconian.
