...propriate person for relevant job profile only after appointment give presure. In CTC its include everything (like gratuty -which give only completion of 5 years, even that premium of mediclam policy also deducted from employee salary it's also included in ctc part. The major part of dislike is notice period, which are 3 Month. 6 day working, only in corporate ofc 5 days

HR change their policy of notice period serve 3 month without any discussion with employees, there is no job security & heavy burden of work day-nigh even you have to do your routine work from home if you go to personal leave. Senior management not supportive.
