Leaves are quite less i.e 12. They're like consultancy, if client or project is over, you're over. No bench. So apart from these two, I don't find any other reason. All other issues such as timings,wfo/wfh, working days all depends on client.

Good training program.

Dislikes

Terrible work culture. Very low salary. People ask to call them sir/madam. Terrible work life balance. People will call you on weekends. People with incompetent technical skills are recruited based on referral. Lobbying of people is there from a particular area/state of the country and they intimidate fellow colleagues. Very bad shift schedules. 6 days working while they don't tell you that at time of joining. Very high amount bond is there and very long bond period. Don't join this company.

Salary will be on time and taking feedback from employee about their career growth. Monthly HR meeting will be schedule for company policies

Job security based on your client performance and on client budget. There is no performance bonus, diwali gifts and sweets.

Dislikes

Very less medical insurance of only 1 lakh for complete family. No shift allowances. No appraisal and promotions. Everything is dependent on client for which the employee work. Low performance mails are sent to employees even if their performance is good specially around appraisal time by coniving with clients to give 0% appraisal to employees. Softenger managers show helplessness while talking with clients for appraisals, allowances etc. Less Tax saving options.
