The work culture and work life balance is nice

No skill development at all. Managers don't let you enroll for trainings. Pay disparity is at the extremes. You'll be getting 5 lpa and another person from a tier 1-2 college, sitting on the next bench, doing the same work as you, in your same team, with the same experience will be getting 3-4 times that amount. There's just so much wrong with how things are tackled here and it's downright appalling.

This is one of the rare companies where salary is given on the basis of the tier of college from which you have graduated and not on the work done. Let me elaborate. I and my colleague joined at same time with same role , but he graduated from a higher tier college. We were allotted on the same project, same technologies , same hard work .But he gets paid more than double of what i get paid. Ask why? Because he comes out to be a graduate from higher tier college. Isn't this unfair and unjust. I left this company a year ago and till date this is one of my best decisions ever. My advice to the management would be that recruit candidates based on their skills. And once the candidates onboard, compensate them based on their level of work done , not on some weird criteria of paying on the basis of college level.. My advice to the freshers joining this company(lower tier college) , please avoid this company and apply for some other good company where they value your work rather than your college status. You will be more happier and satisfied. And you will have good scope and success as your hard work and dedication will be appreciated.

This company not for tier 3 students..lot of discrimination n no hike for tier3 people.Hell like politics ....no growth..you will feel like u got stuck like butter in sandwich... politics is at very high level
