Excellent organisation as per Salary, Appraisal and other disbursement is concern.As a employee we always need security from organisation and that organisation gives us that.

Due to Smollan is an Outsourcing organisation Job security is not up to the mark. Because if any client suddenly stop working with Smollan then employees of that vertical can face unfortunate unemployment situations.

Everything Smollan is a third party group he will pay for db employees but his management with zero knowledge of product and marketing command unnecessary things

Favouritism by managers, biased towards favourite employees, no clear vision for projects, 6 months probation period without any leaves, only 1 restroom for all employees, no canteen available, etc, etc
