Just that I get to learn a lot from the management (internal) and from the different businesses (clients) (external).

Dislikes

No recognition. Excessive work despite time up at 7pm. Slow software RAMAN, Rude Team Leaders

All types of work rates final with clients. All contractor selection, scheduling making, drawing study, Billing work as work order, weekly meetings attending and site, etc problem solving within 1 to 2 days. Every bill submit with approved copy and drawings.

IF you are in surveillance team its the best or analyst team

Dislikes

Sales team are looked down by analyst, even though its sales team who is bringing them work and affording their salary. CEO is delusional and kairav shah (VP) and other sales team is pretty great. Not the worst..its fine better than other corporate companies.

Poor work culture, incompetent top management. Poor decision making and organizational skills of top management. Lots of partiality and favourism. Only boot lickers can survive. Many talented people have left the organisation due to this. Moreover, one who does quality works doesn't get recognition coz buttering top management is important. Some of the outstation team leaders doesn't even knows anything and makes all sorts excuses in case of any complex cases to be handled. New joinees never get any chances for learning coz all the quality people have left. Some senior people never even bother to help or answer any questions in case of any genuine doubt, instead will shout, demoralize and will harass in different ways. The company knows only one thing - targets..irrespective of quality. No work life balance, saturday is holiday as per paper however they expect you to be there on saturday or else they will call or drop a mail. Women employees leave home late night however management is ignorant of the safety.
