Very bad experience management is very poor n unnecessary deductions in salary even they dnt give salary even they dnt provide any resources to employees we have to use our phones , transports , laptops.

They are firing people like anything. Trying to misuse the COVID-19 pandemic to the fullest.

Dislikes

... a real people pleaser. 3. Post resignation settlement of dues is non existent. If not a matter of luck! This is the reason most of the employees resign within 24 hours of salary credit. 4. Top management is deaf, dumb, and also blind. Most of the time they are not clear about what to do. Very weak personalities. 5. Non-deserving employees get paid the highest. 6. When department heads are chosen based on popularity instead of being professional, then all you get is sycophants. 7. Your salary depend on the mood of the directors. 8. It is a debt ridden company on the verge of collaps. 9. The original top leadership has split and the latest addition is at best questionable. 10. There is no sense of direction. Most of the employees don't have any sense of ownership, towards their work, towards the company, towards their colleagues.

Likes

The job is quite good and decent. no extra workload except Saturday and Sunday. The salary is good. Management is good but needs some improvement.

Dislikes

No Cafeteria, No Travel on vocation, No cab facility, work-life balance is stable. working environment

I haven't received my March 2021 salary yet, one of the Worst company I've ever worked with. Pathetic work culture, manager don't know how to behave with the employees. There was no option to rate the company with 0 Start .

...hs. At that time my seniors supported me alot. Timings are very fixed 10-7 pm. We always get salary on time.
