...ng 9 hours. At times meetings go on for 1 hours after giving 9 hours in the job. Later on most of them quit the job due to lack of job security, salary deduction, not punctual with timing. Also nobody gets experience certificate at any point of time. EXTREMELY WORST EXPERIENCE.

I like nothing about this company except for some few people who are good but most of them resigned.

Dislikes

The work culture and environment is poor and they don't give salary on time and there's no growth and benefits in the company. They offered 17k but i never got more than 12k and it used to vary. They waste 18-25 days in the name of training and pay only 2500 for the whole month of the training that too will come with your first salary means after 2 months you'll get pay for your work.

Nothing was good but yes the employee bonding was good and the faculty was good miss my TL's and trainers a lot and apart from that nothing was good

deductions on the salary without any reasons and they made us to work very hard and paid less and many more

Nothing to like, I believe strongly that this is the worse company anyone can work for. They don't give you proper salaries and expect you to work for at least 13 hours per day if not more.

They will cut your salary for any stupid reason they can find. They will not give you salary slip because the deduction they are doing is illegal. I worked there for almost 3 months, including a 1 months training, for which I was suppose to get 3000 rs as incentive which I never received. Whenever we asked for it, the management came up with an excuse. Can you imagine how much O earned for working 3 months, almost 12 hours a day, INR6000 only. No, I am not missing any zeros, that's what I got.

My experience with smarterbizz was terrible ,they will frustrate you completely .they don't own u as our employee and salary is never on time.there is no companies policies .

No payslip ,no experience letter , no leaves ,more than 8 hours login after the shift ,on week off they ask for backup logins ,salary is never on time no incentive is provided no traning amount is provided .salary always comes 12 or 15 th every month.and they don't provide incentives on time with salary always exceed to another month ,they make false scores also .in every step they will deduct your salary by making false score
