They did and didn't support, it's both actually. They didn't support because the salary for the month of March was provided on attendance basis, those who had less than minimum attendance just didn't receive their salary, even though it was due to lockdown. Zero salary after March. They helped by not removing from the job.

There's nothing to like about this company.

Dislikes

If I'll start, it will never end. They don't pay you on time and deduct your money for no reason. There's no promotion here. Please don't believe the good reviews about this company as it is all written by the employees because they were given money for that too.

Terrible place to work. Poor work culture surrounded by internal politics. No proper compensation is given. No work life balance at all. Forget about job security. The policies of the company will make you cry.

There is nothing likeable about this company. The only good thing here is that you can improve your English speaking skills by interacting with clients from abroad. And no one helps you to build that skill. You urself gotta do everything. With high employee turnover rate, this place feels like a jail (collective opinion of most of the employees who dont wanna be a part of the dirty politics).
