Quite good salary for fresher

Dislikes

Hiring for Accounts and credit risk role and make you telecall. It's awkward to do collection calls. No one will spend 17 years on education to do telecalls. Trust me guys this is soo depressive. You are not even able to face your friends and family

Nothing really

The culture is incredibly toxic, especially after RBI stopped the card product. While leading a team that liaised with the Risk team, we found ourselves unfairly targeted, with blame for any issues being placed squarely on the analysts working with me. Despite our efforts, the Risk team often shirked responsibility and dumped unpleasant tasks on us, while failing to acknowledge our successes. Escalating these issues to our skip-level manager proved fruitless, as he lacked the courage to address any concerns with his peers. Instead he unjustly blamed our team for all problems, even though data engineers and scientists under his supervision faced the same challenges with the same individuals. Even after a lengthy session with HR, our concerns fell on deaf ears, and there was no tangible progress in improving the situation.

I would say it’s not a good company for any employee. One of the offices, located in the Indiqube building, is completely horrible. The trainer is so pathetic, not even giving a damn about the other employees or listening to them. The manager is also horrible, and even the HR team is bad. So, guys, instead of coming here, go for other companies.

I liked it before in the beginning when I joined but these days it's not like before.. whatever likes were there it's completely gone now. Might be because of the RBI updates and certain process changes. Hope things will be better again.

So much dependency on one person there is no proper division for the task even if divided people are not so proactive to do it on time.
