Hiring for Accounts and credit risk role and make you telecall. It's awkward to do collection calls. No one will spend 17 years on education to do telecalls. Trust me guys this is soo depressive. You are not even able to face your friends and family

The culture is incredibly toxic, especially after RBI stopped the card product. While leading a team that liaised with the Risk team, we found ourselves unfairly targeted, with blame for any issues being placed squarely on the analysts working with me. Despite our efforts, the Risk team often shirked responsibility and dumped unpleasant tasks on us, while failing to acknowledge our successes. Escalating these issues to our skip-level manager proved fruitless, as he lacked the courage to address any concerns with his peers. Instead he unjustly blamed our team for all problems, even though data engineers and scientists under his supervision faced the same challenges with the same individuals. They provide u lunch or dinner everyday. They have multiple programs all the months. Every single festival is celebrated across the floor. All r friendly.

Dislikes

The way they provide team leader position to people they like or have soft corner for. Getting a peanut appraisal is close to nothing in a fast paced environment. Most of the teamleaders r brainless cause they are taken without an ijp No proper breaks Not allowed to talk to other team members
