After getting offer letter, they'll give 3 week training and later they'll say we dont need more people.

Dislikes

The HR management and their policies are worst. Simple salary account change request is not accommodated. The HR head and his son subordinates are insanely rude and don't care about the employees. operation managers are good and quite supportive.

...r home pick and drop, Growth at Sitel is quick depending on your average scores. SALARY at sitel is very low not even close to the market value, good for freshers. Sitel management is friendly and transparent. Politics is everywhere.

Salary, because hike dosent happen when it has to. Sitel would be the last company or at times "NO" in this regards. "BUT IT IS THE BEST PLACE TO LEARN AND GROW, SITEL TEACHES TEACHES A LOT OF THINGS".

I liked the transparent open door policy of the organization. The acceptance of professional suggestion and the freedom of execution is a great motivator to work. The environment is absolutely great to learn and grow for people with potential and right attitude. I like the employee rehire policy too. Have very high appreciation for the leaders I had opportunity to work with.
