FOUNDEVER is a company where employees will be treat like Sh***t, they pay you they will make your work like you are robots, YOU are the REASON they are getting paid by their CLIENTS, YOU are the FIRST FACE to the customer, YOU are responsible for any mistake happened, YOUR work will go on TOSS if something happened even if its not YOUR mistake YOU have to face meetings, THEY will not listen to you at all if you bring a detractor (meaning:bad survey) YOU are Responsible for all parameters, IF you think of leaving the organisation their faces and opinion towards you will change in fraction of seconds they will not speak to you or talk to you nicely even after you worked whole heartedly during your tenurity, I personally suggest DO NOT APPLY if you already joined and its been less than a month LEAVE you'll be HAPPY , in TRAINING you'll love the company because they KEPT BEST TRAINER With Best Jokes & Best Humor once your TRAINING is done you are NO ONE , you will be the Jacka*s once you hit PRODUCTION FLOOR, your BREAKS are Questioned , Your LOG IN hours are Questioned, YOU will be chosed for Pole Dancing to welcome clients if they Visit so that you show them you are HAPPY you will be asked to not speak anything BAD about anything when there is a client visit, YOU will be asked to focus at work if they come, SOMEBODY will be handpicked that too on their CONVENIENCE so that you DANCE for CLIENT so they become HAPPY, NO TEAM ENGAGEMENT ACTIVITIES during your tenurity YOU WILL WORK LIKE A SL*VE AND QUESTIONED ABOUT YOUR WORK IN YOU WHOLE SHIFT, SHIFT ENDS YOU NEED TO GO HOME NO CHANCE TO SPEAK TO YOUR MANAGEMENT NOBODY WILL LISTEN OR AMEND ON ANYTHING IF YOU NEED TO CHANGE OR DOESNT LIKE SOMETHING IN OTHER WORDS THEY DONT CARE S**HIT ABOUT YOU / YOUR GOALS / YOUR CAREER / YOUR HAPPINESS / YOUR HEALTH / NO approvals on Medical Leaves you will be questioned about MEDICAL DOCUMENTS, they say you have medical insurance but no guidance how to claim it, they say you will have best Team Leader , a TEAM LEADER who doesnt know anything about PROCESS just dependent on S.M.E (who is trained for the process) T.L will not consider you , They will only consider your log in hours, Poor S.M.E's they arr paid lesser than customer support agent but they are assigned to assit 20 agents in one day, please be good with them , I'm not saying you guys NOT TO JOIN, all i'm saying this if you REALLY LOVE YOURSELF ??? Do not think of FOUNDEVER !!! dont even refer your freind to this organization YOUR FREIND will CURSE YOU during his/her tenurity .. YOU CANT CHANGE THIS COMPANY UNTIL YOU CHANGE WHOLE MANAGEMENT all are FAKE & BIASED , POLITICS is everywhere but in this organization all are POLITICIANS. you will see employees here no doubt but they are FORCED to stay BECAUSE they have RESPONSIBILITIES or they left their home town and have to make sure they pay to their P.G's monthly and have to send some to their families, they cannot afford switching to other company because here YOU Cant even SWITCH THEY WILL NOT RELIEIVE YOU EASILY UNTIL THEIR CONDITIONS ARE MET , THEY WILL ENVY YOU if you share that you are trying to SWITCH, You will know this when you Join , But you will also remember this REVIEW that someone warned YOU and YOU Ignored this review or if someone asked you to IGNORE , but this all TRUE. Ignore this & you will be RIPPED.

Dislikes

Everything Worst management Worst operations managers Vinay and Maliha and Mumtaz Worst TL’s Prashant Mouria Join complete your training work 2 month after that, enjoy and take your 4 months salary and leave. This is the best thing you can do with this company.

Promotes favouritism and torturing every employee. No salary increment till now, management very cruel and cold hearted. Never ever empathize the employee when it comes to leave request and shift/weekoff preferences. Worst ever company to work for.

Likes

They do provide better benefits in terms of transport allowance food allowance. The office is clean and hygiene. They have better equipments to work such as headsets and good internet connection. Sitel gives high priority to there work.

The management doesn't give any growth to employees in long term. I would say it's a good place to start your career but looking forward in long term there is no hike or benefits.
