No life work balance, so much work pressure,u can't take off for a single day even though you are sick, if u want to go to washroom so u have to ask for permission,they don't allow ur break time to u,u have to work according to TL.like a perp school children.work environment is WORST keep working without break.

Likes

On time salary and free transport services are the only two elements that motivates an individual to stay here. Salary also varies from process to process as mine was higher due to being a foreign language profile.

Work life balance is 0 “ zero” here.

Likes

Lot of opportunities for growth in operations. Friendly and cooperative team mates. Work life balance is sporadic in training, however not too bad around the year. Allows innovation in work to quite an extent.

Dislikes

Needs to work on structure in work flow and implementation of policies. Also salary and appraisal is slow. Not a lot of politics however there is lack of transparent work enviourment.

Likes

The salary, including incentives, rewards, recognition, and the customer handling allowance, is quite good and actually exceeds the amount stated on paper. It was a great opportunity to earn money and gain valuable experience.

Dislikes

I worked for 2 years and consistently delivered outstanding performance, but there were no internal job postings or growth opportunities provided. It feels like you're stuck in the same position indefinitely unless you actively seek favor from seniors. There’s no focus on skill development, and they terminate employees who don’t meet performance expectations, as I witnessed with one of my colleagues.

1. Huge amount of cost cutting 2. No hygiene. 3. No proper guidelines about holidays. If you are working for US client forget getting US off since you work for an Indian company and its vice versa. 4. The leaves here are awful. They'll first take away your comp offs of you take leaves and then casual leaves and so on. 5. Don't come here if you are from another state everyone will alienate you especially the South Indian branch.
