No life work balance, so much work pressure,u can't take off for a single day even though you are sick, if u want to go to washroom so u have to ask for permission,they don't allow ur break time to u,u have to work according to TL.like a perp school children.work environment is WORST keep working without break.

On time salary and free transport services are the only two elements that motivates an individual to stay here. Salary also varies from process to process as mine was higher due to being a foreign language profile.

Work life balance is 0 “ zero” here.

Work Ambiance good and over all learning skill and experience knowledge

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

I like that we get salary on last working day of the month.

Dislikes

...you sick still u have to come or they will threat that you won't get incentives. Big chunk of the salary is incentive. Transport is even worse, first they will move your cab in you front and you have to come by yourself, if you failed to come then forget about cab for next 7days.

Just in one word. If you join this company you're the puppet of your manager. And also worst time is when you decide to leave the company.

Apart from salary in time each and every thing was worse, humongous notice period, less salary, Never get your 100per incentive etc etc.
