The salary, including incentives, rewards, recognition, and the customer handling allowance, is quite good and actually exceeds the amount stated on paper. It was a great opportunity to earn money and gain valuable experience.

I worked for 2 years and consistently delivered outstanding performance, but there were no internal job postings or growth opportunities provided. It feels like you're stuck in the same position indefinitely unless you actively seek favor from seniors. There’s no focus on skill development, and they terminate employees who don’t meet performance expectations, as I witnessed with one of my colleagues.

1. Huge amount of cost cutting 2. No hygiene. 3. No proper guidelines about holidays. If you are working for US client forget getting US off since you work for an Indian company and its vice versa. 4. The leaves here are awful. They'll first take away your comp offs of you take leaves and then casual leaves and so on. 5. Don't come here if you are from another state everyone will alienate you especially the South Indian branch.

Do not think of FOUNDEVER !!! dont even refer your freind to this organization YOUR FREIND will CURSE YOU during his/her tenurity .. YOU CANT CHANGE THIS COMPANY UNTIL YOU CHANGE WHOLE MANAGEMENT all are FAKE & BIASED , POLITICS is everywhere but in this organization all are POLITICIANS. you will see employees here no doubt but they are FORCED to stay BECAUSE they have RESPONSIBILITIES or they left their home town and have to make sure they pay to their P.G's monthly and have to send some to their families, they cannot afford switching to other company because here YOU Cant even SWITCH THEY WILL NOT RELIEIVE YOU EASILY UNTIL THEIR CONDITIONS ARE MET , THEY WILL ENVY YOU if you share that you are trying to SWITCH, You will know this when you Join , But you will also remember this REVIEW that someone warned YOU and YOU Ignored this review or if someone asked you to IGNORE , but this all TRUE.
