Sitel is a nice place to work but there is alot of politics. Salary is decent people dont want you to grow especially the team leader. Ive been working with sitel for a year and i really feel like people have ego issues.

- Very minimal increment to none - Growth financially and career wise is stagnant - Rotational and night shifts - Learn, earn and move on. Else you'll be getting low paid.

The people are great and environment with colleagues is amazing. The TL's and SME's are also cool

Too strict and too many restrictions all for no good enough reason. ("client rules") Salary is horrendous as per market standards. Growth opportunities are very vague. Swapping out national holidays for common weekoffs Barely any incentives
