The process that I was in had good UK shift timings.

Dislikes

...work or efficiency but those who are managers pets. They do not value employees. They are bothered about cost cutting most of the time. Appraisals do not happen every year. Work environment is dull and boring.

1. Huge amount of cost cutting 2. No hygiene. 3. No proper guidelines about holidays. If you are working for US client forget getting US off since you work for an Indian company and its vice versa. 4. The leaves here are awful. They'll first take away your comp offs of you take leaves and then casual leaves and so on. 5. Don't come here if you are from another state everyone will alienate you especially the South Indian branch.
