Its a small firm which aims to achieve ambitious ideas and projects and forces the technical team to work accordingly, there will be alot of things you learn unknowingly there while fulfilling the requirements in a agile Manner.

Can have more seniors to guide juniors.

Bad work environment for both fresher and experienced pathetic work culture good for beginners to learn new technologies as same person is overburdened with lots of work as no workforce. Bad management worst for not only girls but also for boys. They don't treat you as humans there.

Small company with energetic guys.

Dislikes

My experience was bad. Managed by owner/CEO, you can't look for job security in such companies. During my time it looked like focusing on immaterial reasons, rather than the actual deliverables.
