Work life balance not good, Salary is less than according to your profile in Healthcare industry. Leave problem in critical situation. Appraisal is very poor in silverskills.

HR Team, they do their work on time and time to time they talk to employees and take employees feedback and work on it

If you are in cap limit they will not increase your salary as well as will not give you promotion too.

Management is worse especially sukhpreet singh(here AM lying all the time to be on safer side) ,working environment for working women is worse,not at all cooperative,you will even be forced not to go on team outing as a girl or women,zero work-life balance,salary is awesome but you will be out after one year after your process stability, on the top of this it is totally lala based company running by seniors who are working from so much time period that they helping ultimate reporting juniors in creating bad n worse working culture here. My advice is not to join this company even if they providing awesome salary, please don,t make your life hell here.nobody will hear you.

...uuporyand cooperative. There is a good cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Average salary hike.

There is a DIP system for certain amount which is payable half yearly and it is quite difficult to show them as a part of our CTC.

Salary given on time every month, annually Fun and outdoor Activities., diversity in the organization (people belong different cultures and mindset). Silverskills work in US Healthcare industry it is best for freshers peoples.

Dislikes

Career opportunities and growth limited, Work under_pressure over the shift timings, Work-life Balance not possible, appraisal annually basic very low increment, spacially Deputy Manager, Manager and TL not more supported related to work. Transport and meal not provided by silverskills. In emergency, your leave not approved by TL/Manager.
