Work life balance not good, Salary is less than according to your profile in Healthcare industry. Leave problem in critical situation. Appraisal is very poor in silverskills.

HR Team, they do their work on time and time to time they talk to employees and take employees feedback and work on it

If you are in cap limit they will not increase your salary as well as will not give you promotion too.

There is a DIP system for certain amount which is payable half yearly and it is quite difficult to show them as a part of our CTC.

Low compensation. Company doesn't provide laptop. You even have to buy your own monitor. Very vague bonus policy, they will take back any bonus if you leave within a year. Very incompetent HR. They blatantly lie about providing laptops to their employees. Work is very repetitive in nature, you won't learn anything - just a copy paste job.

People in higher designation are very rude to you. They would expect you to overwork everyday. In return you will get 35 rs food coupon. No support is given from the company regarding safety for girls. No work life balance is maintained here. People are so stupid that they even attend office on National Holiday. No option is given to employees. None of this is stated by Hr in the interview.
