Dear admin, i would like to say my experience was too good. Organisational structure was quite good in terms of sanitation, working place, colleagues, Hr department, superior and subordinate relationships. Hr department is also supportive here in terms of log in hours. In your starting days they will give you a paid training for 7 days and free meals and free both side cabs. As its basically a call centre in comparison of others it is quite good, here company provides you one time meals at very reasonable rates which is mandatory and cabs are provided for free to all employees that is best thing i felt as mostly others are not providing that. They also provide you P. F and ESIC facility here. And appraisal and recognition is also there. You can also stand up for IJP's and one more thing that shift timing are too good for employee as gr. Noida branch doesn't work at night.

Its my personal suggestion its not a dislike statement but for further improvement i am writing this, that is salary which you are offering that is less in comparison of other call centres on same profile, experience, qualifications etc so this point should be taken up for improvement i know you are providing meals at good rates and providing cabs, PF, ESIC facilities but even it should increase the basic salary and one more thing that i would like to share you should take care of Qualification status of students who are working in your company as they join your company at lower qualification as they are studying now but after completing their studies you should update their qualification status should increment their salaries and should provide a chance to compete for IGP's and growth.

I like that their upper authority was very polite to their all employees. I learn there that how can we interact new person in a day by this we can improve our communication skills, and we all know that the communication is an very important skill in today's era.
